How can YOU help?
There are so many opportunities for individuals and organizations to help fulfill the mission of Garth House.
The law requires any person who believes that a child is being abused, neglected, or exploited, to report these circumstances. A person making a report is immune from civil or criminal liability provided they make the report in good faith. The name of the person making the report is kept confidential. Any person who suspects that a child is being abused and does not report it can be held liable for a misdemeanor or state jail felony.
If you believe a child has been abused, molested, neglected or otherwise maltreated, please report it today.
For more information on reporting child abuse: Call the Texas Abuse and Neglect Hotline at 1-800-252-5400 or call 911.
